When to use
When you need to decide which orders to deliver with your own transport and which with hired transport.

How to implement
In the shift costs of transport or performers, set different values:
- for starting a shift — cost_per_shift;
- per shift unit — cost_per_unit.
Example
- The cost of one shift for vehicle fleet #1 is set to half the cost for vehicle fleet #2.
- The shift cost of performer #1 is lower than the shift cost of performer #2.
During planning, if no other factors apply, the cheapest transport and performer shifts are always chosen.
